Vintage Wm. A. Rogers Silverplate Sugar Tongs, Ornate Floral Claw Tongs, Antique Style Serveware
These vintage silverplate tongs by Wm. A. Rogers feature an ornate floral pattern along the handles, ending in wonderfully sculptural three-prong claw tips. Elegant but entirely useful, they’re the kind of detail that makes even the smallest part of setting the table feel considered.
Traditionally suited to serving sugar cubes, these would also be charming alongside a bowl of wrapped sweets or other small treats, or simply tucked into a collection of old silver serving pieces.
Marked Wm. A. Rogers A1.
Vintage condition with patina, tarnish, surface scratching, discoloration and wear consistent with age and previous use. They have been left with their aged finish rather than polished to a high shine. Please review photographs closely for condition.
Vintage pieces have lived a life before arriving here. Small imperfections, variations and signs of age are part of their story.
