Vintage 16 Ft Cotton Jump Rope, Wooden Handles, Antique Sporting Decor (Wall Hanging)

An extra-long vintage jump rope with warm wooden handles and a wonderfully aged cream cotton rope.

At approximately 16 feet long, this piece has an unexpectedly sculptural quality. Hung loosely from a peg or hook, the rope naturally falls into knots and loops, turning a utilitarian piece of sporting equipment into an interesting found object for the wall.

Especially good layered into a collected interior—think an entryway, mudroom, library, child’s room, vintage-inspired gym, or alongside other old sporting pieces.

The wooden handles have a warm, timeworn finish with metal swivel attachments. The cotton rope shows considerable evidence of age and use, including scattered discoloration, marks, fraying and old wrapped/repaired areas.
